A Four-Course Immersive Dinner Experience

Come join us at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center (KPAC) for a night of celebration, recognition, and FOOD.

It’s a culinary event that may never happen again! Of the 12 finalists from the World Food Championships who will compete to be #1 IN THE WORLD, TWO ARE FROM SAINT LOUIS!

Culinary enthusiasts, this benefit puts you up close and personal with the World Bacon Champion Chef Jack MacMurray and World Chef Champion Jevon Brewer, assisted by Top Ten Burger Champ Chef Robin Ray and none other than St. Louis' hottest Chef, Juwan Rice, from Rated Test Kitchen, as they create their culinary masterpieces live and on stage, right in front of your eyes.

The evening's cabaret-style dinner is a four-course showcase, featuring the dishes that earned two of our town’s top chefs their gold medals. Your ticket also includes a selection of beer, wine, and spirits, all in an exclusive evening of foodie entertainment.

You'll start with light bites and beverages, then proceed to the intimate surroundings of the Strauss Black Box Theatre at KPAC. There, you’ll be treated to intriguing #FoodSport storytelling, live fire of four courses of championship dishes, and up close and personal access to these three stars of the delicious World Food Championships, the global competition that's like your favorite TV cooking contest come to life!

FIRST COURSE

"Bacon Redemption"

Succulent bacon-wrapped Pork Belly with a tangy Bacon Bourbon Jam towers over a Sweet Potato Cake drizzled with a kiss of Bacon Pecan Bourbon Glaze.

SECOND COURSE

"Eclipse of the Egg"

Clear bread filled with Yuzu Egg Gel brings a bright, citrusy bite. A Crispy Tempura Egg White sits on top of a fresh Green Onion and Leek Salad with hints of orange zest. Creamy Avocado Pearls top tender Adobo Braised Lamb, nestled in a buttery Buttermilk Biscuit Disk within a crisp Filo Nest. Finished with a vibrant Herb Oil and airy Hollandaise Foam.

THIRD COURSE

"Duck Duck Moo"

Duck Fat Wagyu Burger, covered in Havarti cheese and Foie Gras Compound Butter, showcases the layer of crispy duck skin, Asian pear slaw and Korean pepper mushrooms laying on a golden brioche bun.

FOURTH COURSE

"Honey Entremet"

A pillow-soft honey cake features a crown of delicate lavender mousse topped with a honey florentine, roasted oat crumble and honey gel.

Be part of history as we salute Saint Louis’ gastronomic ambassadors as they compete this March at the WFC Final Table in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Your ticket is inclusive and includes gratuity. The menu for this event represents award-winning dishes, and we apologize that dietary requests cannot be honored nor ingredients substituted. Proceeds of this event benefit these two teams to offset travel and competition costs, as they put their best foot forward and represent Saint Louis, the Show Me State, and the good old US of A on the Global Stage!
